Party Crock Pot Cheese Dip

This is one of my party staples. And a favorite one at that. It’s quick and easy to make, tastes great and there was plenty leftover to enjoy this week which is a bonus. Another reason to consume all the cauliflower. Balancing out the good with the not so good.

It’s very easy to put together: toss the ingredients together and letting the crock pot do its job. Make sure to stir it every once and a while because burned cheese is a total bummer.

Party Crock Pot Cheese Dip
adapted from Mad Dog Cheese Dip

1-2lb box Velveeta cheese
1-1lb box mild Mexican Velveeta
1 can Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup (the large, family size can size)
1lb seasoned pork sausage, cooked
1-16oz jar salsa – pick your hotness

Cube the Velveeta. Toss the cubes and everything else in a crock pot. Stir and heat through. Continue stirring it occasionally.

Serve with chips.

Makes a ton, so get your eatin’ pants on.

Take care.
