Continuing the summer fun is Ashley from The Creative Place. I love all her paper art, especially her current project. She kindly agreed to share some of her work with us today.

Hi! I’m Ashley and am so glad to be a part of the Sum Sum Summertime Series! I blog over at The Creative Place, where I share about things I’m making, including DIY projects, recipes I’m trying, bits and pieces about my sweet family, and fun ideas, products or projects I’ve found online. Thanks, Amy, for asking me to be a part of this series!
Currently, I am working on a project for the month of June – a card a day. Basically, every day in the month of June, I am creating a 3″x4″ card – a quick challenge to be creative each day. The cards usually only take about 10 or 15 minutes to create, which is great since there are always so many fun activities going on during the summer :)
I created this card the other day using paper rounds and adhesive. I punched out several paper rounds and adhered them in a simple pattern. Voila! A fun and colorful card with tons of different papers.
Some of the other cards I’ve created this month.
Want to join in? Create a card each day for the rest of the month :) Post your own and keep up with mine and other’s cards here on Flickr.
