Fall officially begins over the weekend so apples are on my mind and overflowing in the marketplace. We are traveling in Iowa right now and I actually climbed an apple tree this morning and picked us a bag full. There was only a short moment that I worried I might fall on my face. :) But there is more fun to be had with apples than just eating them (or baking them in cake!).
