Sometimes things don’t go like I hope they will.
Like today, when I tried to get pictures of Bug and Sweet J in their red, white and blue.
Some just weren’t feeling the spirit of the day.
At all.
In his defense, it was already 85 degrees with 110% humidity (that’s why the pictures have a bit of haze to them) and he wanted to play with the homemade bug spray bottle.
But luckily we were able to secure the Independence Day ambassador and she was perfect.
Even if her skirt was on sideways.
