I made something with Sweet J in mind but MJ thinks I missed the mark.
It does involve glitter……
When doodling for the Memory Game, I came to adore my cartoon car sketch and thought it would be a fun addition to the skinny shelves in Love Bug’s room. On a chunk of wood from my ‘collection’, I drew a larger version of the car on top of a white paint base coat. I considered a number of mediums to finish it with. Paints, permanent markers, oil pastels but I wanted something different. I like all kinds of textures in my wall art.
Then my eyes caught this beautiful collection.
And glitter it was.
With a fine tip glue pen, I filled in my design and added the glitter. Here it is all sparkly in the sunshine.
Okay, it’s not very boyish.
But it fits in below.
Oh well. Back to the drawing board……
