This week seemed to drag by slowly but at the same time, it’s over already. MJ and I just couldn’t get a handle on it. This was our conversation on Wednesday evening.
MJ: When I filled up the car, I bought a Lotto ticket for the drawing tonight.
Me: It’s Wednesday?
MJ: Yes, it’s Wednesday….. No, it’s Tuesday. Tomorrow is Wednesday.
Me: Oh, it’s Tuesday?
MJ: No, it’s Wednesday.
Me: Are you sure? It feels like Tuesday.
MJ: (Finger on the calendar) It’s Wednesday.
Me: Okay, it’s Wednesday.
No, we did not win the lottery.
Needless to say, we are ready for the weekend. Though it’s not quite the restful one we want but what cha gonna do?
I haven’t done much in the way of internet clicking this week. I’m trying to make sure that I’m present with the children, even if I’m working on a project and when I have time to myself, I’m working on art/projects. I’m saving up for some mad internet surfing. :)
