Plus, if I’m going to be honest, it should read ‘Everyday I’m Avoiding Stenciling.’
It’s really not fun.
But I lurve the outcome.
I used two acrylic paints, a vanilla brown from Martha Stewart and an Antique Bronze by FolkArt, a pebbles stencil and spouncers.
The bronze by itself was too metallic, the brown alone was too flat, but together, they give the illusion of tiling.
The MVP of the project was this stencil adhesive by Martha Stewart. A definite must for stenciling projects.
My favorite part of the project?
That it’s finished.
