{Foto Friday} Sweet J, Nana, Painting & Fabulous Taquitos

Happy Friday! We’ve had a good week here at the J house. Nana, also known as my mom, came and stayed for three days. It was so great to have her here. The extra set of hands were a big help with the babes and my garden looks much better. And while I didn’t get as much done as I had hoped, sitting and talking with her was much more enjoyable. We all look forward to having her visit again soon.

With her assitance, I was able to snap a few pics of Sweet J. And isn’t he sweet?

Yes, his cheeks are squeezably soft, just like his thighs.

Nana and the babes.

Thank you Momma!

Love Bug has enjoyed painting outdoors this summer. I’ve loved watching her process.

I’m currently brainstorming how to use this Love-Bug-original somewhere in the house. I really like it.

And in her words, these lines are her “long hairs” – a reference to Rapunzel’s hair.

Hope you have a lovely weekend. We have more guests coming and we are excited. More on that next week. But I will leave you with this recipe: Creamy Chicken Taquitos from the geniuses over at Our Best Bites. They are da bomb. Seriously.

Take care.
