Ice Cream Lollipops

You scream! I scream! We all scream for ice cream!

But who wants to eat it the old boring ways like on a cone or in a dish? Not this lady. Well actually, I don’t mind but I thought this idea was fun from Better Homes & Gardens.

First, freeze a baking sheet.

Scoop up balls of ice cream and place them on the frozen baking sheet. Insert lollipop sticks and freeze overnight.

Then, working quickly, dip the lollipops into a chocolate hard-shell ice cream coating, such as Magic Shell. Top with sprinkles, toasted coconut, nuts or leave plain.

Return to the freezer until serving time.

Now that I got the hang of this, I want to try other variations. The options are endless!

Happy Friday! See you in August.

Take care.
