I love Nutella, as seen here, here and here.
Up today, another delectable Nutella treat.
It’s super simple, only two ingredients. The result is light, airy, Nutella-y decadence.
Give it a try.
First, microwave the Nutella for a short time, like 15 seconds. Just enough to soften it, making it easier to stir. On the Nutella jar, it’s states not to microwave it. Not sure why…
Add in ½ cup of Cool Whip and mix together. Do it gently. Cool Whip is finicky.
Once that is combined, add in another cup of Cool Whip.
Fold together, again gently. I like to scoop from the bottom up.
That’s it.
Pair with chocolate wafer cookies or chocolate graham crackers. As always, a spoon works just as well.
Nutella Whip Dip
recipe adapted from Honeymaid
2oz Nutella (between 2-3 Tbsps)
1 ½ cups Cool Whip, divided
Place the Nutella in a glass bowl. Microwave for 15 seconds then stir to smooth.
Add in ½ cup Cool Whip and stir to combine.
Fold in remaining 1 cup of Cool Whip.
Refrigerate until serving. Serve with chocolate wafer cookies or chocolate graham crackers.
If you want to make more – I was able to make three batches out of one large tub of Cool Whip. I’m not sure if anyone else consumed any (MJ?) but
If you’re wondering, the Nutella Whip Dip works fabulously in the Low-Cal Ice Cream Sandwiches.
I had to use chocolate wafer cookies because there seems to be an embargo on chocolate graham crackers in my area. Anyone else have that problem?
Happy weekend.
Take care.
YUM! This sounds just right!
Oh Amy, you’re killing me. I wish I had cool whip in the house right now!
hahaha! it is pretty wonderful. :)
it means not to microwave while the contents are in the jar
well that makes sense. :) thank you!!
Nutella is one of my favorite food groups – thanks for the recipes
Thanks for sharing! This was amazing! The only recommendation I would make is to chill before serving. I fill dessert shells with it and topped them with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and bananas! Yum!
