Painted Pouches

Cheap-o pouches with a DIY touch.

I couldn’t help myself when I found these little pouches in the clearance section. So many possibilities!! And I could always use

I used images cut on transfer vinyl with my Cricut, though freehand doodles are totally doable. For paint, Martha Stewart’s new-ish line can be used on just about everything and it’s good quality stuff.

After sticking down the image stencil, I first covered it with a brown paint

then topped it with a bronze glitter paint.

Just to be extra careful, after peeling off the vinyl stencil, I heat set the paint with my iron set very low. I’m not sure it’s necessary, I was just being over-cautious.

Now the question is what do I put in all of them…..

Take care
