A friend of mine is really getting into photography. Always a picture taker, DG has recently upgraded her camera and lens and we’ve enjoyed chatting it up about the art of taking pictures.
DG’s oldest daughter is graduating next year and, while contemplating options for senior pictures, she borrowed some backdrops from another photog friend to experiment with. And she invited me over to play too.
Well, only if I brought Love Bug and Sweet J.
It was a lot of fun (anytime with DG is enjoyable). I even got to be in a few!
Here are some of my favs.
My sweet baby J.
All smiles.
More realistic.
Mister Chubbs.
Bug and a borrowed baby.
Love Bug, the princess.
She is really into Rapunzel, from the movie Tangled. I made the skirt and crown (hope to post on that soon) and the “jewels” were a birthday gift from her awesome aunt and uncle, J & D.
This outfit is not just for pictures. It is worn to the grocery store, park, doctor’s office and church. Lots of uses.
A princess and her sidekick.
Me and my babies.
Favorite picture of the day. I hope to do a use it to do another Distressed Canvas.
Thanks DG (& KG!)!
Take care!
**If you are looking for a photographer for newborn, child or family photos, check out my friend’s website, Jennifer Witt Photography. Remember when I posted our photo shoot last fall? She is the fun and talented photographer we worked with. She is currently taking appointments for the summer and fall. Check her out. You will be happy you did. **
