Pirates Booty Valentines

Next Valentine project: treats for Love Bug’s preschool classmates.

Love Bug’s favorite snack is Pirate’s Booty. Usually, her first words to me when I pick her up from preschool, are, “Did you bring Pirate’s Booty?”, as it is her ride-home snack. I think I only forgot once. No twice.

Last fall, around Halloween, I noticed the individual size bags in the store and when Bug had her half-birthday day in December, this was the snack she requested to share with her classmates. The children loved them.

So I thought we’d share them again, Valentine’s Day style.

So, I whipped up some bag toppers. I am liking teal, red and white together at the moment, how about you?

This treat is a breeze to put together. Print toppers.

Trim down.

Fold on the red line.

There is a place for names on the back. Maybe Bug will want to write her own name. :)

Attach to the bags. I used double-sided tape but staples would work, too.

Done and done.

If you want to share some ‘booty’ with your children’s classmates (or your friends – adults like Pirate’s Booty just as much), you can download and print the bag toppers for yourself below.

Take care.
