It’s been a long week; I’m thankful the weekend is here. It feels a bit circus-like here at the moment. The craziness, the noise, the perpetually hungry wild beasts. It can cause one to feel a bit batty.

I have A LOT to accomplish this weekend. It’s mostly sewing and I’m really excited for it! As we all get wound done for the long weekend, here are a couple things I want to share:

We had quite the response from last week’s introduction. We hoped it would resonate with others and you all proved that #boldbrilliantbeautiful is something good. We have launched a public Facebook page for any and all interested in the project. It will be a place for share inspiration and encouragement. Anyone and everyone are invited. Bloggers and non-bloggers, women and men, the young and the not so young, singles, parents, the overly tired. We’ll tolerate the well rested, but only just barely. :)

Next week is the Alt Summit in Salt Lake City. I went to SLC in January, then to NYC in the summer and I’m headed back to SLC next week. Something new for this year is I’m presenting on a panel! It’s crazy.!! I and three other lovely ladies (Melanie, Jenny and Kathryn) are presenting on Being a Contributor and Hiring a Contributor. I’m nervous. I might seem put together and normal in posts but when I talk in real time, I’m fairly strange. I talk with my hands too much and say odd things. Wish me luck!
Lastly, a Newsletter
A new aspect of this heart of mine for 2014 is a monthly newsletter. I’ve been curious about the practice for a while and I’m interested in a new way to connect.
