Happy new year everyone! I hope you had a wonderful and restful holiday and are ready to hit the ground running in 2014 because it has arrived!
This time is bittersweet; a brand new year is unfurling while another is expiring. Throw my birthday in there and the reminder that time is passing and I’m getting older and it’s a lot of take in! But I love the start of the year, the plans, the dreams, the resolutions. Everything seems so fresh and new (and super cold at the moment), it’s invigorating and inspiring. I’m always curious as to the goals and plans of others. If I had the chance, I love to sit down with each and every one of you to see what you are scheming for 2014.
2013 was a fantastic year for this heart of mine. Lots of good food cooked, delightful projects made, exciting collaborations and partnerships formed and the expanding expanded. I sure am enjoying the ride and I’m so glad you are here with me. And as a way of celebrating a year gone by, I rounded up the top 10 posts of 2013 based on number of visits. I couple of them I expected but I was delightfully surprised by a few. Broke a mental sweat figuring out the graphic. Guess my brain is still in holiday mode. :)
Polka Dot Tights | Instagram Magnets for Super Cheap | Fruit Simple Syrup
Clothespin Wrap Dolls | Pea Salad | Felt Christmas Tree Ornament
Fresh Apple Cake w Cinnamon Whip Frosting | Only Guacamole Recipe You Will Ever Need

So tell me, do you agree with the top 10? Anything missing that should have been there? I have a favorites post set for tomorrow so maybe I’ll share it tomorrow.
P.S. Not only is this the first day of the year but today, January 1st, is the fourth anniversary of this here blog. Again, one of those ‘where has the time gone’ situations. Thank you so much for coming around and hanging with me. There is so much more heart-y-ness planned for 2014!
