A tutorial I did on creating vintage-looking posters went up on Design Mom a few weeks ago. They are reminiscent of the old roll-up classroom posters used a few decades age. The project turned out great and allowed me to use my seashell collection as applicable props. My collection is a point of pride and joy for me. Not only did I find all the shells myself but I found them on the beaches near where some of my family resided in Florida. MJ, Bug and I traveled there a few years ago and if there were a hall of fame for vacations, ours would have definitely been inducted. It was perfection. And the shells remind me of that time.
