Wooden Post Cards with Design Mom

Wooden Post Cards with Design Mom | this heart of mine

I’m really missing New York City right now. After our visit last year, I fell in love with the city and cannot wait to go back. There are days where the weather reminds me of our time there and I think of our flat off of Union Square, our long walk through Central Park, the peacefulness of the financial district and the liveliness of Greenwich Village. Oh and Magnolia cupcakes. Yum.

Last week, my post on wooden post cards went up on Design Mom. Did you know you can send wooden post cards through the mail? Me neither. Anyway, I shared the steps on how to make your own using an image transfer process. As you can see, my images were with NYC in mind. Makes me miss it even more.

The full details are over on Design Mom with links to the historical NYC images I used.

I will be back, NYC. I will.
