Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Yep. Brussel sprouts. When I was introduced these sprouts, I was hesitant too. But this is a quick and easy recipe and the Brussel sprouts taste good! (Thanks KJ!)

Maybe your parents forced you to eat them when you were little. Mine didn’t. But they did force me to eat fish – I’m still dealing with those scars today.

These are not your parents sprouts.

Ingredients:

1 bag frozen Brussel Sprouts, thawed – I’ve been told the frosen are better than fresh ones. The fresh taste too Brussel-y.
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

The thawed sprout.

Cut each thawed sprout in half and place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Place sprouts on a foil covered pan.

Cooke at 450° for 15 minutes or until the Brussel sprouts are roasted and browned.

Then enjoy the roasted, garlicy goodness.

The edges get a little bit crispy and really yummy.
