Last week, the cement pencil holder project I did for Design Mom went up. I love any chance I get to have to play with concrete. It’s such an unusual, heavy and substance material and in my life, I don’t have a whole lotta good excuses to play with it but man, is it cool! After projects like this one, I start eying everything, wondering if I can stick it in or recreate something like it with concrete. It’s a sickness! A good one, in my opinion.
