Grape, Walnut & Feta Salad with Dressing

I am not quite ready for Monday yet.

Doesn’t really matter. Monday has managed to finagle its way in anyway.

Guess I’ll comply.

This time. :)

Grape, Walnut & Feta Salad with Dressing
1/2 cup chopped red onion
3/4 cup halved grapes
1/2 cup chopped walnut
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Throw the above into your preference of salad greens. I like baby romaine.
Dressing:
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup canola oil
Hope you had a good Monday.

  1. Amy Christie, this salad is so good! I have now made it about 5 times. I brought it to a family gathering and my husband said “Oh you made way too much”! Let me tell you every piece of lettuce was gone. My family loved it! I make the recipe as written but also have experimented with bacon and vegetable oil. Just as delicious! Thank you so much for taking the time to post!!
