It’s Valentine time! The stores are filled with reds and pinks and hearts and I LOVE it. It’s my favorite. It’s a bit dangerous for me to visit any store because I want to buy it all. But enough about that. It’s our second year of making two sets of valentines for classmates: one for Love Bug, one for Sweet J. Last year we made shark valentines which were a big hit. I have one still hanging on my bulletin board. This year, I was on a mission to do something super, super, super simple. And cute, of course.
We found the cutest bubble tubes at Target (similar online) and we just had to have them. Bright, colorful with a cute heart of top. As a mom, I liked making a non-candy options and the children love the bubbles. Duh. With a cute label, we turned them into love potions.
We made it super simple for you to recreate these yourself. Bubble tubes, sticker paper and our darling Love Potion No. 9 labels and tags (color coded and everything!) is all it takes. Soon enough, you Valentines will be under your spell.
Supplies:
-bubble wands, extra points if they have a heart topper (similar ones here)
–Love Potion No. 9 labels & tags printable
–sticker paper
-scissors
Using sticker paper, print the Love Potion No. 9 and to/from tag document. Cut them down to size.
Attach the labels and tags to the bubble wands.
Dunzo. Happy Valentine’s Day indeed. :)
